Store Manager
-
Sep 1998 - Aug 2003
I started as a cashier here and was swiftly moved into store management. I was ultimately responsible for setting store budgets, ordering, scheduling, prime time shift management, human resource issues, hiring and firing of employees. I handled each customer service issue that arose and was the first contact for our store. I also processed all deliveries that came to the store. I was able to increase and maintain sales to allow us to produce one million dollars in sales each year I was there. I started as a cashier here and was swiftly moved into store management.
