      Steven Iwachniuk started selling real estate on April 1st, 2004 with a local real estate brokerage in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. He was 26 years old and was driven to succeed. He earned multiple production awards such as Top Producer, Top Lister, Top Seller, Top Recruiter, Rookie of the Year for the brokerage, Rookie of the Year for Eastern Ontario, Bronze Award, Silver Award, Sapphire Award and the Ambassador Award. Steven was promoted to the management team and helped manage and operate the brokerage to the #1 Top Producing Brokerage in the City and the #2 Producing Brokerage in the Real Estate Board. On June 24, 2010, Steven created Storm Realty. It was originally called Storm Realty Cornwall and has been changed over the years to Storm Realty. Storm Realty is located in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada and Steven continues to be very hands-on in the daily operations of the business. In the first 6 months of the Storm Realty Cornwall being created, Storm Realty Cornwall was awarded the People Choice Award in the City and surrounding area for being named as the Favourite Real Estate Brokerage and Steven was awarded the Favourite Realtor. This was a big deal as Storm Realty was only 6 months old. Steven has also been named as the Ambassador for the Cornwall Winterfest Carnival and the Honorary Chair for the Big Brother's Big Sisters Bowl for Kids Sake. Steven has proudly served two terms as a Director with the Cornwall and District Real Estate Board and has had the opportunity to work with many wonderful people in this role. On January 16, 2019, Steven created his second company called Storm Realty International Inc. to franchise Storm Realty throughout the world. Storm Realty International Inc. understands the importance of building lifelong relationships with their Storm Realty family and the communities they serve.
