I had Steven as my manager from October 2021 until November 2022, during my time as a marketing associate at Superpedestrian. I can easily say that, getting to work with him was the most constructive and fulfilling part of this position. From the interview process on, through the faster and more stressful days on the job, he was always super clear about what needs to be accomplished and how. Executing go-to-market strategies to support a brand launch in Turkey, while working remotely within an international team could be hard to juggle.. But it wasn’t, for the most part because of Steven’s great communication skills and willingness to make things happen, which is contagious! His supportive approach to out-of-the-box ideas while never losing sight of campaign performance and efficiency, really resonated with me. Keeping me on my toes through constructive feedback and encouraging me to lean on to my strong suits, he helped me grow as a marketer. I never hesitated to reach out to him with questions and concerns. Steven is a manager who would be fully invested in the success of any company he is a part of, as well as in the wellbeing of his team members.
