I have known Steve Hays since August of 2010. I worked with him as a colleague in Charleston on the IAM Team and I supervised him at Raytheon in Kuwait. Steve is a fast burner who lives by a successful code that will take him straight to the top of any organization. Examples: I left SPAWAR at the beginning of 2011 and Steve was just starting to manage his own systems. By living by this code, Steve climbed the ladder of success to become a top Project Manager at Honeywell in Charleston with a little over a year. In Kuwait, Steve started as an IAO/ISSO and within 9 months he became the ISSM/IAM for two Enclaves. Steve's road to success has only begun and great things are in his future and the future of any organization that hires him. He was/is the most accountable and dependable person on the CX-I Program. His ability to retain knowledge, set goals, and exceed them, cannot be matched by anyone. I would highly recommend Steve Hays for any Program Management position because he simply has what it takes to be successfu and to be the face of your organization.
