  A decade of manufacturing experience, highlighted by nearly 8 years serving as production manager. Leveraging a welding background, I quickly moved into production management, overseeing 2 manufacturing sites with nearly 100,000 square feet of departments, personnel, and equipment. I’m involved in nearly every aspect of production, from design to ship. On a daily basis, I interact with team members throughout the organization including executive, human resources, design & engineering, and operators. I’ve developed intimate knowledge of the product line, it’s manufacturing, and quality control aspects to meet and exceed expectations both of the company, and the customer.ProductI’m required to have extensive knowledge of the product, its design, installation/use case, and maintenance. This requires heavy involvement from the customer’s custom design/drawings, through the materials and chemistry, as well as support for traceability and quality for warranty. The product specifications drive our production through materials, tolerances, and production process. I support the entire process from bidding on RFQs, through delivery and special projects for on-site inspection, installation, and repair.ProductionManage and track all jobs in the Epicor work queue. Develop work instructions and weld procedure standards. Help with process design and operations, machine setup, tooling, fixtures, and rigging. Oversee all production workflow, raw and supplied materials. Provide product quality inspections, ISO adherence, and equipment operation. Strong focus on continuous improvement of process, uptime, and efficiency. Minimize movement, handling, and waiting on products/materials. Maximize use of raw or outsourced materials, while minimizing scrap and waste. Oversee maintenance, corrective actions, and equipment certifications to maintain ISO certifications. Show less
