      Appointed by a local planning authority to act as Case Officer for a Full planning application for a large residential development proposal submitted by a major house builder, accompanied by a Planning Performance Agreement (PPA), dealing with a wide range of consultees, and a large number of objections. Notable issues include archaeology, transport, drainage, ecology, and a S106 agreement.Instructed by a local Council to act for them in the role of Enforcement Officer at a recent S174 Enforcement Appeal Inquiry relating to a property in Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, alongside a S78 appeal for a housing development proposal.
