Initiatives of Change is a world-wide movement of people of diverse cultures and backgrounds, who are committed to the transformation of society through changes in human motives and behavior, starting with their own. My responsibilities included: • Management of an international program to promote principled leadership and social responsibility in the corporate community. I coordinated three international conferences in Caux, Switzerland, attracting over 500 people from 50 countries. • Service on the National Steering Committee that was tasked with determining annual goals, setting spending priorities, and ensuring that the organization stayed on task with regard to its mission. I was one of seven members on this committee. • Oversight of the programmatic activities of 20 staff members and dozens of volunteers.
