Bio
Carl LaChapelle
Steven is a natural leader. He is focused, balanced, fair and pragmatic. He is the calmest person I know regardless of the circumstances, and he has exceptional judgment. It is obvious the US Navy also recognized these traits and promoted him accordingly. Steven is technically strong and very resourceful. Steven holds himself to the highest standards and inspires those around him to do likewise.
