Steve is one of those leaders that continues to hold a top spot when telling anecdotes of "the best examples of leadership I've seen". I reported to Steve for several months before having the opportunity to sit down together in person (years before that was a broader norm) and yet he was immediately able to positively impact both my work experience and my ability to grow the business. He has an innate ability to quickly identify and remove barriers while also continuously supporting the development of new tools and approaches. Motivating, empowering, and unquestionably entertaining! I would work for Steve again in a heartbeat.
