Steven is extremely personable which makes him a real pleasure to work with. A very experienced and knowledgeable retail professional, he is enthusiastic in growing his business through encouraging others to develop. I had the pleasure of training a number of junior managers nominated by Steven and all (as was initially claimed!) had excellent potential, achieving very positive results in their management programmes and progressing well in their careers.
