  My role in this position was to simply take patients from one destination to another in either a wheelchair, bed, or stretcher while staying within the guidelines of the guidelines of transporting. There were also special assigned positions , whether it was delivering specimens, or staying down in the lobby to handle wheelchairs for patients, which included making sure the wheelchair was safe and up to code, while keeping a proper amount of chairs stocked for patients.
