I worked with Steven during his time at Relative and actively participated as a team to work on some front end projects. Steven showed a high level of skill as a Javascript/Typescript developer and had a good core understanding of React and React Native which allowed us to deliver on 2 react native projects. He also embraced the agile working methodology and would fit right into any agile team.

I worked with Steven on a number of assignments and projects throughout the time we attended Jordanstown University, throughout each of them he showed a strong passion and dedication to the work that he was assigned and gave 110% effort in making sure that his tasks would be completed to a high standard. Even when Steven finished his own work he didn't stop he would ask myself or any of the other team members if he could lend a hand and would always offer suggestions as to how our overall projects could be improved. Steven is a very friendly individual who is easy to get along with, he takes criticism well and always listens to feedback on the work he produces and acts upon that feedback where he is able to. In final year Steven showed just how dedicated he was to the work he was doing by remaining on campus in the labs all night working on assignments and his final year project to avoid distractions at home and to make the best use of the time that he had. While working on his own project and dissertation he always had time to assist friends and classmates if they were struggling on an assignment or their own project he was always willing to share his knowledge and discoveries if they could help someone out.
