Responsible for sales, marketing and advertising at Village Green Property Management Company. This includes securing and executing lease agreements with major corporations or private entities. Led campaign to improve resident relationships and communications by promoting and encouraging social events. i.e., pool parties, attending professional sporting events and downtown "Night on the Town" entertainment, all sponsored by Village Green Property Management. Resident Business Center use increased substantially, improving resident satisfaction levels significantly. An annual blind survey reflected a 45% increase in resident satisfaction and improved retention rates. Proactively called on corporate prospects (Coca Cola, Tyler Perry Productions and IBM) promoting the value of Village Green residential housing community. Resulting in a 20% increase in corporate client growth. Developed an internet based Village Green Marketing Campaign that resulted in a 25% increase in occupancy and is now employed nationally by our corporate office. Consistently recognized as East Region Sales leader of the Month.
