      •Recruited to help provide guidance through the final phases of construction and pre-opening of this 198 “all-suite” hotel featuring 30,000sf of dedicated, indoor event space and an outdoor pavilion featuring 10,000sf. •Provide the expertise needed to Sun Development as they embarked on building, opening, and operating their first, largest, full-service hotel.       Provided the strong transitional leadership and client relationship needed as the University went from a self-operating foodservice program to one that was a managed account. Hired the managers and staff necessary to successfully carry out the plan. Introduced a completely over-hauled, 35-day rotational menu for the Dining Hall that offered greater variety and quality. At the same time, we implemented a program to deliver safe food for all to enjoy by labeling any item that contained one of the eight most common allergens. Instrumental in achieving mutual goals that resulted in the University awarding Quest Food Management Services a multi-year contract extension to operate this $8M account consisting of a Dining Hall, Multiple Retail Locations, Catering, and Concessions.
