  My current role within Flanagan Flooring is primarily as Sales Team Leader, In this role I am required to assist & support the Sales & Customer service team with any day-day issues they may have while helping gain an understanding of all products and ensuring they maintain an excellent level of customer service. I also cover the trade counter in both Dublin & Belfast during times of Holidays, absence or busy periods of the year.
