I enjoy leading two complimentary wellness businesses with the intention to optimize the health of my community and our planet through a holistic [multifaceted] approach for stress-free living. The Bee Well Living brand exists to capitalize on the rapidly expanding global demand for alternative health solutions, specifically holistic self-care modalities like mindfulness, movement and soft tissue therapy in combination with hemp-derived CBD supplements. Our experts guide clients towards their version of optimal health with authenticity and professionalism. In order to meet this task, we team up with the best-of-the-best professionals (Athletes & Trainers, Medical Professionals, and Wellness Experts) to provide hands on experiences; classes, events, trainings, and retreats. All of our programs are customized to meet the needs of the people we serve. As a child, I adopted the nickname “Little Bee” from my father, Al Bumbry. His brilliant 13 year MLB career followed a Bronze Medal worthy tour in Vietnam that sparked my interest in a professional baseball career at a young age. I pursued MLB dreams until only a couple weeks after my 25th birthday when I suffered my fourth sports related concussion. This ended my anticipated career dreams abruptly. Post-concussion symptoms, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and mental instability caused me to take care of myself in a "different" way; I began daily meditation practice, self myofasical massage techniques and focused my attention on self-care for more than two years. 1200+ hours of intense study and practice later, I found cannabis to be an excellent complimentary medicine in addition to my new mindful mindset. Today, I am eternally grateful for the healing powers alternative treatments had on saving my life. I love building a network of friends, clients and teachers devoted to the same constant self-exploration that led me to adopting the daily mantra, “Just Bee”; Bee Well and Bee Balanced Therapies first slogan.
