  I joined the college preparatory school in 2004 as the Middle School Theatre Director. Several years after, I was recognized by leadership for my constant success and promoted to the role of the school’s theatre director. As Director of Theatre Programs, I was responsible for the stewardship of all resources within the drama program while achieving optimum balance of artistic quality, financial strength, institutional integrity, and mission outcome. I set vision for performances, including selecting the cast, collaborating with designers, leading rehearsals, and monitoring the production's pacing. My selected accomplishments include: ► Growing the program from a handful of participating students to over 70 in any given year. ► Receiving the Artsbridge Foundation’s Shuler Award for “Best Set Design“ for the 2016 production of Hot Mikado. ► Being selected as a 12-time Shuler Award nominee for “Set & Lighting Design.” ► Writing and directing the full-length 2015 adaptation of Canterbury Tales.
