Distribution: Led $4B consolidation of fragmented network of 13 distributors under a single industry leader, slashed logistics costs 75%. Led creation of third-party logistics (3PL) cold chain consolidated distribution center (CDC) and ordering system to enable profitable sales of short shelf-life foods.
