Member of the Decision Analytics team who lead efforts to produce Life Cycle Cost estimates for 12 different support scenarios, including Performance Based Logistics, for the Global Hawk Sustainment Business Case Analysis (BCA). Lack of data availability required using full repertoire of skills including detailed analysis of contractor proposal data, Source of Repair Analysis data, and data gleaned from equipment specialists/item managers and AFTOC. Led similar efforts for the KC-10 Sustainment BCA, including cost model development, data mining for analogous systems data, and analyzing commercial DC-10 data to show feasibility of AF organic repair for the KC-10. Supported other BCA efforts via cost model development and data mining for analogous systems data from accounting and Air Force Total Ownership Cost System. Helped develop fuel usage database which was used to estimate impacts of improvements to select USAF engines. Estimated development, acquisition and fielding of proposed alternatives for USAF aircrew survival flight suits. Finally, served as an internal consultant to other projects where I helped develop Operating and Support Cost estimate strategies and assisted in several Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Cost estimates for classified missile programs managed at Eglin AFB, FL.
