  After my meat cutter apprenticeship I became a floating meat cutter. I would go store to store working wherever was needed. I worked 47 different stores by the end. Sometimes working more than 1 store a day. I did end up at one store by the end though. In my travels I have been assistant manager, department ordering, inventory, managed product, produced product for sale, customer service to name a few.
