      Project Superintendent Las Cruces, New Mexico Project Superintendant over seeing a full range of construction projects in Mesquite, New Mexico. Working with Mesquite Water Authority installing the Town a new Sewer Treatment Facility, gravity and sewer force main within the City right-of-way and on private property. I was directly responsible for the job site safety of the entire work zone as well as the traveling public. The construction project included a complete as-built of all existing underground utilities within streets, and alleys. Identification of all water and sewer lines, irrigation, storm drains, and permit construction in the NM DOT right-of-way as well as the BSNF right-of-way. In addition to managing the quality control of construction inspections, other responsibilities included monthly payments to the owner, EPA, and FDA whom were funding the project for the Mesquite Water Authority. Daily tasks consisted of monitoring project qualities, analyzing the placement of materials, inspecting and enforcing barricade set-ups, responding to citizen complaints, and performing public outreach, and communicating and coordinating construction schedules with City management and other local and state agencies. Additional duties included interacting with private contractors, the public, City management, and public officials and ensuring that work complied with approved plans, standards and specifications.
