Jumping Elephants specializes in user-centered solutions design and business process management. We are a small but mighty team striving to help organizations solve their biggest business challenges. We believe adopting the agile methodology allows us to maximize business value while lowering implementation risks. Currently one of the many projects we are hard at work on, is a grants and contributions and digital marketing system for a government client, using cloud-based tools, Microsoft dynamics 365 and Adobe AEM forms. Some of my current tasks involve the following:• Responsible for user experience design• Responsible for coordinating and moderating usability sessions and user interviews• Creating and iterating interface designs for detailed user stories (wireframes and prototypes)• Applying UX and Agile principles• Providing updates/status reporting to senior management as required• Working as a cross functional team member in Scrum development sprints• Building CRM forms, screens, and views as well as workflows and reports for the Dynamics 365 user interface• Information Architecture evaluation and design• Conducting heuristics and expert evaluations• Project management
