I had the pleasure of working with Steve at Dyson on the SAP Transformation Programme. Steve is an excellent Project Manager and delivered the Implementation work stream so professionally. His ability to bring people together cohesively and all the elements of the other work streams led to a smooth transition on the go live weekend for the programme. It would be a pleasure to work with Steve again and someone I would happily recruit into any programme I work on in the future.

Steve was one of the Project Managers who worked for me within the People & Comms Programme for Dyson in 2018-19. Steve had significant success in what is a tough and challenging environment. For me this success is down to his always positive attitude, combination of functional and technical skills, and a rare ability to engage effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels. There are a number of senior Dyson management who hold Steve in very high regard, and rightly so in my view. I am sure he will continue to enjoy success whatever he does next, and I would very much like to work with him again.
