Having had many team leaders, studied leadership, and lead teams myself, I have an appreciation for Steve's style of leadership. He has one of the most effective methods of leadership, keeping the team on track towards business goals, encouraging creative license, was respected by management and his team, and still maintained a sense of humor. T Our achievements were celebrated as a team creating one of the strongest functional team environments under his direction. His style of management became a model for me when it became my turn to run a division at a director level. I wanted to offer my recommendation for Steve for his innate leadership style that systematically accomplished business goals in a highly successful and timely manner. Thank you Steve for being a role model in my development as well.

Steve is one of the few people I consider to be "Real Toy People". There are many people in our industry due to default or just passing through who do not have their heart in their work. Steve's love of toys makes every project he touches better. His extensive toy background has also given him the rare ability to be steady and optimistic in this wild industry.
