Steve is one of the best data analysts I have worked with in the past 20 years. His ability to understand information that is critical to planning and delivering IT and produce credible, client facing reports is second to none. Steve was a great help in engineering a capacity plan for a customer of ours that enabled us to generate additional business and improve the customers confidence in our ability to manage their service. Would very much recommend Steve.

Steve is a heavyweight in his division, always looking for innovative ways of improving the overall service we deliver. I found Steve very unique in his approach, as alongside his exceptional skills, Steve often considered the wider strategic and business impact. Using this ability, Steve produced some of the highest quality reports that I have ever seen, literally turning what often is deemed dull reading into an exciting and dramatic statement of facts. This in turn allowed the customer in question to make the right decisions and make significant opex and capex savings. Through Steve’s work on this engagement, he allowed Computacenter capacity management to set a new benchmark which will see huge efficiencies in the overall service we provide to our customers. Steve has also been pivotal in deep dive problem solving, where his analytical skills identified a major problem in a customer’s estate that was causing daily loss of productivity for thousands of users. His ability to demonstrate trends and projected forecast to CxO level is highly commendable. Many of Steve’s presentations have helped secure major deals with high profile customers and enabled me as an Architect to better understand cliff-edges across the managed service estate.
