Few people have the opportunity to work with a manager who is a coach and cares about his people personally - but I did when I worked with Steve Emerson. I had the pleasure of working with Steve for several years at TruGreen, supporting his work locations in several states. I was impressed by Steve’s ability to handle the toughest sales challenges with his team while meeting sales goals. Steve always ensured his team was motivated and had all the resources needed to be successful. Any organization would be lucky to have Steve as part of their team!

I had the pleasure of working closely with Steve Emerson each of the last three years. Steve was a part of my region staff and played a significant role in growing the region's top line 40+ percent. While any region manager would be pleased with 40% growth in a $60.0M region over a three year span it was the manner in which the growth was achieved that was most pleasing. Steve led his team each day as a very positive, can-do role model. He made each day fun while developing a strong culture of accountability resulting in the most efficient sales region in all of TruGreen. As important, Steve communicated with me daily to ensure the direction of his team maintained the proper parallels to achieve my/our region's objectives.
