For the last four years, I have worked directly with Steve on strategic acquisitions, real estate negotiations, client contracts, and strategic partnership agreements. Steve has been one of the best legal counsel advisors that I have worked with and he understands the delicate balance of working with clients and partners. He always did his best to look at all sides of the equation to find a win-win solution. He was reasonable and respectable, even when he did not necessarily agree with my position. I looked to Steve for insight because of his ability to be sensible and he has great leadership qualities that I trust. I highly recommend Steve for any organization looking to have a thoughtful leader and legal advisor.

It has been my good fortune to work with Steve on many complex real estate deals from coast to coast. A trusted partner, Steve positions real estate deals with care and efficiency. There are few people in the business I would call on for advice in this arena and Steve is at the top of that list.
