Steve was a manager over 3 properties while employed with Aimco. He undertook the job of trying to go behind and catch things up from previous managers that had left before him and then move forward from there. This is not an easy job to do for one property let alone 3. He overcame several obstacles right away and worked on the longer term items taking on one item at a time from his list.
