Steve has been a friend for over 25 years. He offered to mentor me when I went out on my own in 2017 and helped me to build a successful creative business before partnering with me in 2020. It is a pleasure to work with Steve everyday. He is a caring, compassionate and an understanding leader that guides his teams to do things they never thought possible. It’s been a privilege to get to build dreams and reach them together. Steve never stops learning and loves a challenge - I’ve watched these traits continuously benefit our team and clients. Probably my favourite trait is that Steve can go full force, driving something forward, however if it doesn’t work, he’s reflective, takes responsibility and the steps required to change course. In other words, he listens, is accountable and makes everyone’s input feel considered. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Steve and the opportunities he’s given me. If you have the chance I highly recommend working with or for him!!

Steve is a very insightful thought leader in the field of marketing and customer experience marketing. He has provided invaluable service to the Marketing Program Advisory Committee at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and is currently co-chair of that committee. Steve has also participated in speaking to my class on Emerging Trends in Marketing over the past 18 months. His insights into the emerging trends have inspired me and my students and given us a lot to think about as to where marketing is going in the future. I hope Steve will continue to visit my class in the future and continue to shape the young minds there.
