I've worked in interdepartmental projects with Steve. One of the things that's so remarkable about Steve is that he demonstrates not only mastery for his core role, but also the ability to consider the human factors to make projects successful. In fact, his taking on projects aligned with a sharp increase in employee engagement. This rare mix of technology and human resources skills sets a great example for the rest of the leadership team, and explains why everyone likes working with Steve.

I worked with Steve for 2 years at Microserve supporting his recruitment drives for the technical services division. He is hardworking, very energetic, personable, a keen problem solver and he get things done. During the time we worked together Steve was always available for conversations and meetings about recruitment no matter how busy he was. He is a good people manager, has high emotional intelligence and builds long term relationships with his team and senior management. He would be a great addition to any organisation looking for a dedicated employee.
