      Support with all projects the company undertake. My role has a wide range of responsibilities, one of my main responsibilities is to ensure the jobs we undertake run as smoothly as possible from start to finish, to help give our client a smooth, stress-free experience.       I started as a full time cashier taking bets from customer paying out winning and general customer service. Within 18 Months I was a Shop Manager at a shop that was in the bottom 50 within the Company. The shop was one of many that was under review for closure. Within 3 months I had changed the staff, trading hours, reviewed all customers/vips and all promotions. On month 4 the shop turn over was increased by £35k and made profit for the first time in 13 months. Within the next 6 months the store was well established again and I was relocated to another shop that was rated within the top 100 within the Company. Within 1 year I had helped this shop reach top 10 for turnover and profit.
