Support with all projects the company undertake. My role has a wide range of responsibilities, one of my main responsibilities is to ensure the jobs we undertake run as smoothly as possible from start to finish, to help give our client a smooth, stress-free experience. My daily tasks can consist of taking briefs from clients, briefing the fitting team, raising purchase order for the company. Being on hand to support the fitters with any issues they may come across while onsite to ensure we get the job done to the highest standard possible.

Working along side some experienced shop fitters learning the trade. The installs and de-rigs that I worked on would vary from placing a free standing unit in place to removing a full window display followed by install the new campaign. I started as a full time cashier taking bets from customer paying out winning and general customer service. Within 18 Months I was a Shop Manager at a shop that was in the bottom 50 within the Company. The shop was one of many that was under review for closure. Within 3 months I had changed the staff, trading hours, reviewed all customers/vips and all promotions. On month 4 the shop turn over was increased by £35k and made profit for the first time in 13 months. Within the next 6 months the store was well established again and I was relocated to another shop that was rated within the top 100 within the Company. Within 1 year I had helped this shop reach top 10 for turnover and profit.
