My role primarily oversees the broking operations Australia-wide as well as sitting on the three person National Executive. We are responsible for the overarching management of the business and oversee the growth and development of the core business areas as a whole. I am deeply invested in the groups future being a Director of EBM's ultimate holding company, as well as being a Shareholder.

General Manager

• 2011 - 2014

As General Manager I focused on support to the Managing Director across EBM’s National Corporate broking division. This included direct support and broking assistance across some of EBM's premium accounts expanding across EBM’s National broking operation.

Executive Account Manager

• 1999 - 2011

With a broadened role of Executive Account Manager my client portfolio expanded into larger corporate accounts across a range of industry groups including Medical, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining and Resources sectors. This went on to further expand into interstate accounts within Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. With the opening of offices in the Eastern States I assisted in providing broking support to these offices, as well as an increasing number of public listed companies principally within the Mining and Resources sector.

Account Manager

• Oct 1988 - 1999

As an Account Manager I took over a number of accounts from outgoing director John Molineaux. With this I also accepted responsibility for the development of a portfolio of accounts, with a focus on Jewellers Block, Plumbing & Painting trades and other association referrals, developing a deep understanding of the importance these associations played for their members.
