I Manage medium to large Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection accounts in product and service sales development, customer relationship management, pre-construction products counseling, training and job site support. • Turned 700K territory to into 900K gross sales in first 12 months. • Grew 19 out of 20 of my focused accounts. • Converted 3 accounts to Hilti pre fab firestop devices. This requires customers changing their instillation procedures rather than simply swapping out Hilti for the competitor. • Completed 2 Hilti Sales training courses. o BTS Basic Training Seminar - 3 weeks of intensive situational sales skills training along with intro to Hilti product lines. o PST Project Sales Training – 1 week of situational sales overview and phases of the construction cycle who and where to influence the decision makers. I designed, built, machined, calibrated, prepared samples, wrote procedures, compiled and analyzed data for these novel instruments. I trouble shoot everything from leaks and electrical problems to editing code. I also took the lead on many health and safety issues; including developing both online and physical MSDS inventories, Hazmat protocols, coordinating with the Fire department and maintaining safety resources.
