He is committed to development of his people and others in the industry and leads by example. I can recommmend Steve as a service provider and business partner, without hesitation

http://www.blackcountryskillsfactory.co.uk/ In February 2017 I was elected to the voluntary position of None Executive Director of the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership’s Skills Factory, an initiative established to address the shortfall in High Value Manufacturing (HVM) skills in the Black Country and increase the pipeline of suitably skilled staff to support the Black Country to exploit the growth in the HVM sector. I believe my interest in skills development made me an ideal candidate for this important role. This two year scheme to improve awareness of apprenticeship schemes to SME's in the HVM supply chain & sector, as well as to potential candidates has proven successful and continues the work of both the original Skills Factory Pilot Scheme but also builds on the UKCES Futures Programme. Both the Skills Factory and UKCES Futures Programmes are initiatives I am proud to say I am actively involved in. Show less
