As Steve 's teammate at Coloplast from October 2015 to July 2017, I've benefited from his creative problem-solving, tireless work ethic, and willingness to do whatever it takes to create a solution that will translate the customer's vision into reality. Steve has been directly responsible for a countless number of significant and complex projects managing a variety of senior stakeholders in the NHS. I know for a fact that his reputation and commitment helped Coloplast to bring new business over and over again. As a colleague, Steve is incredibly generous with his time and expertise, which includes everything from 20 years of management experience to an expert-level knowledge of Pharma and Medical Devices dealing with the NHS and private sector. Beyond that, as a person, I have to say that his humour and good nature make long nights and tight deadlines much easier on his team.
