I brought Steve in to do our due diligence on the purchase of Terra Nova Trading. We ran a very lean shop at Rush and as we were completing the purchase and funding, we had several SEC filings due including the 10K, an 8K for the purchase, the first quarter Q, a proxy and an SB-2 to register the shares issued in the acquisition. Steve always exceeded my expectations. He met every challenge we threw at him and was extremely valuable in enabling us to meet our deadlines. At one point Steve, outside council and I wrote an SB-2 in four days which only received 33 comments from the SEC. I enjoyed working with Steve and look forward to my next opportunity to work with him.
