I had the distinct and honorable pleasure of working for Chief Sargent at the Kirtland NCO Academy while he was the commandant of our school. His integrity, core values, and professionalism are above reproach. He is committed to anything he is involved in and totally supports professional development. We have a saying in the military and that is, "if you were to have someone in your foxhole, it would be Steve Sargent"! Respectfully, Dr. Bill Freeman, Ed.D.
