He kept a good balance between customer needs and Diebold and displayed large knowledge base. I would highly recommend Steve as a tireless worker who can get the job done.

I had the privilege of working with Steve during several careers. The first at Bank of America , the second at Diebold. As a Manager, Steve Sandbank provided superior customer satisfaction. He always had the ability and vision to identify solutions quickly and provide what the customer needed. Steve was always very methodical in his approach which makes him a good mentor and teacher. Even though on paper Steve reported to me, he was true partner in all our efforts. I will endorse Steve without reservation for any posistion that he would be concidered for in Management of Staff or in Project Management.
