In particular, the responsibilities of the job are:-• Organise daily performance reporting and procedures and communicate to Senior Management Team• Plan the resources necessary for the department to meet the Annual Business Plan and justify any expenditure requirements on people or equipment.• Organise support function input whenever improvements are required which are outside the areas capability.• Control and schedule materials into, around and leaving the lines to ensure the plans requirements are met.• Undertake disciplinary/capability action as required.• To ensure Team Leaders meet the daily/weekly manufacturing plan reporting with solutions on any shortfalls.• Ensure that product leaving the area conforms 100%.to quality standard.• Layout the manufacturing cell to gain efficiency improvement and justify capital expenditure showing payback calculations.• Manage the performance of Team Leaders & Team Members
