I worked for Steve for over 4 years. Steve had a unique, innovative vision that he brought to our projects. As a result, we always delivered more than expected to our customers. Steve had our department strive for success and always got the best out of us. He set an example by always going the extra mile himself. I was brought in as an intern and then hired on full time. He was definitely an individual who set the tone for me early on in my professional career. One of the most professional, honest, creative, hardworking people I've worked with. After leaving Hillman, I worked with Steve on several free-lance projects. With his straight forward, can-do attitude, he's always a pleasure to work with.

Steve is an extremely talented and creative communications specialist who is able to integrate the latest technology into surgical communications and public relations strategies. In his role as a member of Mount Notre Dame's Board of Trustees Marketing/PR Committee, Steve has brought several key marketing strategies to the table for the school. He is a team player who is able to maximize the strenghts of those with whom he works. I would recommend Steve Ruwe without reservation to any organization.
