  • Seagate Technology, LLC – California - Provided project management and oversight of design, construction, and tool fit-up of the LEED Gold Fremont media R&D site. The facility utilizes state of the art water reclamation, lighting control and harvesting system, 1.0 megawatt PV, and new BAS. This 450,000 SF facility includes offices, labs, warehouse, prototype manufacturing, and includes classified clean rooms on a custom raised floor. • Apple Inc., California - Design and project/ construction management services for a 21,000 SF central plant, and 33,000 SF utility yard to retrofit the live data center with the addition of six 2MW generators, 9,600-tons cooling, configured in N+1, with storage capacity for 48-hours; redundant controls, and integrated BacNet BMS Monitoring, energy reduction/ and water conservation features included passive water, non-chemical CHW treatment; single ply roofing, hot aisle containment, tiered temperature monitoring allowing load based fan loading/ shedding; LED lighting, ultra-high efficiency chillers. • VMware, Washington, Tier-3 Upgrade - Turnkey of $2.3 M upgrade of existing facility to Tier III, addition of UPS and 2.0 Mg generator to bring 5 MW to 20,0000 SF data center to Tier III reliability. • VMware, California Colocation Build Turnkey - Design and construction management for $1.4 M. tenant improvement of a 5,000 SF colocation facility. Included electrical distribution and technology infrastructure for 80 cabinets.
