I just wanted to take a moment and write a few words about my personal observations and experiences while working with Steve Ross at Coinmach and Macke corporations. Quite frankly, Steve is a people person who always does the right thing by his customers. Over many years that I worked with Steve, I can honestly say that when he shook someone’s hand at the completion of any large or small transaction that any paperwork that may have been done to complete the transaction was merely a formality as Steve’s word has always been his bond. I have reported to Steve Ross for 4 years now. Steve has played a key role in the evolution of gTECHserv. Under Steve's leadership and management gTECHserv has been able to grow from a typical small business without much organization or process to a professional workforce able to meet enterprise level service agreements. Steve has also contributed to the financial success of gTECHserv and we have realized consistent and steady growth in uncertain economic times. In fact this year we had a record year for the company!! Operational standards in place and staff trained and operating effeciently has opened an opportunity for me to take on a new role.The company created a marketing strategy in late 2011 under the initial direction of the company owner, Brian Goddard. Having successfully created the strategy, the deployment, maintenance and lead generation for the company has now become my focus and role.gTECHserv is now functioning as a service and a sales organization, currently has one sales represntative, myself and Brian functioning in sales capacities while I manage and build the sales organization. Successful management, training and sales growth is now my main function for 2012. Goals have been set and are already being exceeded.
