    • Recommendation From : Chris Irvin, Director of Drama Dept.
      • 2012 - 2016

Steve Romero is a brilliant make-up artist. For five years, he served as lead make-up artist for Chaparral High School’s productions of The Wiz, Legally Blonde, Jesus Christ Superstar, 9 to 5, and The Addams Family. These four very different shows required four very different artistic demands for hair and make-up design. Steve’s attention to detail and ability to lead a team of make-up artists to achieve each show’s “look” is tantamount to his skills as a professional. It was an honor to have him on our team.
