Christian Hartman
Steve is one of the smartest chaps I know. A brilliant engineer and was already getting his feet wet in the property game when he was reporting to me. I can't recommend him highly enough to any potential client or employer. I wish him good luck for the future but I don't think he needs it.

Stephen is a dynamic figure, often seen wooing peers with his crystal-clad intoxicating eyes, he has a genuine warmth and the self-proclaimed "wit" of an excitable teenager being served their first pint of cider. Stephen has an uncanny knack of identifying what people need before they even know themselves, rumor has it he is psychic... I can reveal this not to be true though, as I have seen him face-plant a wall, he didn't see that coming. He knows it because he makes it his business to understand peoples business. Stephen is one of the most knock-out guys I have ever worked with, he can even leave a message BEFORE the beep. He works out, although he doesn't lift very much he has the technique of an elegant gazelle, I once saw him punch a horse so hard it turned into a giraffe. He also claimed to never do push-ups, instead he was "pushing down the Earth" - Nobody has been able to disprove this theory. Stephen may come across as a confident gentleman, but I know him to be as gentle as a butterfly. He loves a cuddle and a glass of vintage chateauneuf du pape, he once wore a monocle and top hat, without irony. Ever the snappy dresser, it adds to his aura of mystique. On the other hand I also have seen Stephen sweat so much he was 95% salt, he also likes 90's films & Children trust him. I have never seen Stephen play tennis, but his monkey-like reflexes means he would be awesome at that too. He smelt what The Rock was Cookin' and recommended more seasoning. The above may seem jovial, but its buried in facts. If Stephen isn't a master of something, he will work his pert backside off to be a true beacon of wisdom, he works hard to gain the trust of people and in turn, can make valuable recommendations to anyone with just a simple inbox message, or whatever it is you're "Cookin". Stephen was my John "Hannibal" Smith, Lieutenant Templeton "Faceman" Peck, Captain HM "Howling Mad" Murdock and Bosco "B.A." Baracus all rolled into one. I would cherish the chance to work with him again.
