I worked for and reported directly to Steve while he was the Principal and President of Daedalus Holdings LLC. I held, and continue to hold Steve in the highest regard. Steve was extremely supportive of every initiative we undertook to improve the performance and long term viability of Olympia, and he did his best to provide the resources we needed to do our jobs right. I can't begin to explain how difficult that must have been at times. When I first interviewed with Steve he struck me as being technically proficient, a sage businessman and passionate about his business. Those first impressions were bore out over the course of our working relationship together. The highest compliment I can give to any person or any company is when I say that I would gladly work for them again. And I can say without reservation that I would work with Steve or for Steve again. Steve really helped me mature professionally and gave me invaluable experience when he hired me as his General Manager and I will forever be grateful for that opportunity.
