In my prior role as Specialty Sales Manager, Mobile and Connected Life at Best Buy, I have built a strong relationship with Steve that remains to this day. Steve has always gone above and beyond when it comes to coaching/training employees on eero products, merchandising and most importantly, enriching the lives of customers as they consider home networking options. There are a number of amazing traits Steve portrays however, the one that stands out the most is his ability to be human FIRST (gets to know the employee/customer, holds daily dialogue, etc.) and business SECOND. This trait is what brings Steve’s trainings to life as he is able to maintain engagement and participation of those he’s educating by simply being himself!

Steve is a class act. He was working doing training for Eero products, and I was skeptical of the system as I had not had much success with internet boosters. Needless to say, Steve handled all my doubts very efficiently and convinced me to try Eero. With his guidance and knowledge he had me up and running in no time, and made a lifetime fan out of me.
