His likeable and pleasant nature aids him in sales, where he develops relationships easily, and is able to direct high level sales conversations with a patient yet pointed questioning approach. I consider him a mentor, as he often guided me in sales situations, making me consider alternatives rather than simply telling me what to do. I would have been delighted to have him as my manager.
