The Lens is a unique innovation programme that finds and harnesses the abundant creativity in our organisations. Proudly supporting Scotland Can Do, The Lens encourages intrapreneurship in mission driven organisations. It does this through through investment, incubation and accelerator programmes. I founded The Lens, created and designed the programme and lead its development. The Lens is great example of intrapreneurship in action. I designed the original prototype within a large charity and have led its spin out to a successful social enterprise and charity.A finalist in IoD Workplace Innovation Director of Year 2018, the judges said 'The Lens is surely the epitome of Workplace Innovation!'See what our participants say at https://vimeo.com/228350121 www.lensperspectives.org.uk Show less

Executive Director

Nov 2013 - Jul 2014
Following the departure of the CEO, I led the Senior Leadership team during a time of substantial change. As a team we delivered several business critical objectives including contract retention and development, above target financial performance, more integrated team working and completion of change projects. I then prepared the ground to launch The Lens as a new organisation.
