      • As a District Manager, I oversee the route sales representatives (RSR's) in the Central, Eastern, Southern, and Northern Ohio areas. Responsible for managing a district that exceeds $4.8 million in annual revenue, with a base business growth of over 3% annually. Presently ranked in the top 19% of District Managers throughout Aramark Uniform Services nationally. Currently manage route sales, growth, and retention for all RSR’s within the district, along with negotiating contracts with new and existing customers. Provide outstanding customer service, along with maintaining close coordination and team work within my team. Established and maintained effective customer rapport and mutual beneficial business relationships with clients. Duties also include overall planning, direction, and control to assigned units to achieve operating goals. Worked with all RSR's on a daily basis to reach goals and constant ongoing training on sales, customer service, and growth. Assisted in training new District Managers within the organization. My district consisted of over 700 customers between eleven RSR's. Maintained a retention rate of over 96% and an average of 95% customers under contract. I’ve qualified for Regional Contest trips during my tenure at Aramark Uniform Services during Spring and Fall contests. Out of four District Managers in the Columbus market, I was the only one to reach the goals set forth on multiple occasions. The contest was based on sales, growth, and retention within the district. Also performed sales and service training for all 23 RSR's in the Columbus market center to meet sales and loss & ruin quotas per route. Developed loss and ruin quotas per route determined by route volume, along with cost accounting to make each route profitable for the market center to achieve the weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets. I have also been part of a National Response Team (NRT) which was handpicked by Regional VP for special projects throughout the organization.
