I had the amazing opportunity to work with Steve on a huge conversion project. This project spanned over 2 years and had a lot of moving parts. As I was a contractor to the company Steve was put in-charge of handling our group. I found that working with him was a joy and a pleasure. When ever I had a questions about next steps or how the project plan was progressing Steve was right there and able to provide me the most up to date information so that I could make sure our staff resources were ready to answer the call during this multi market billing system conversion. One of the other great things that Steve brought to the table was his willingness to hear our concerns about a step in the process or the result from a step in the process. Steve made my life a lot easier. His organizational and communications skills were the best that I have ever experienced in a large complex project. We were never left guessing about requirements or dead lines. I hope that in my future I get the opportunity to work with him again as he is the type of business partner I want.
